Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia‑wide. If you are in NT, TAS or WA, you need to arrange your own plant concierge.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are posted on Monday or Tuesday following your order, via Australia Post Express. Orders received after 5pm on Monday will be posted the following week.
Do you ship plants year‑round?
We avoid shipping during extreme weather (heatwaves, cold fronts) to protect plant health. Delays may occur if conditions aren’t safe. But we will let you know if we have to hold your shipment back.
How are plants packaged?
Plants are packed with care using AustPost postage boxes, zipped tied and taped securely to the box. protective materials might be used to protect extra sensitive plants.
Yes! We offer local pick‑up in Sydney (Chatswood). Pick‑up details and available times will be arranged after your order is placed.
