We take great care in selecting and packing your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order:
No Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please ensure you select your plants and inspect the photos carefully before purchasing.
Refunds or Replacements
- Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the plant arrives damaged due to packing issues.
- To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.
Exclusions
- We do not take responsibility for mishandling or delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services.
- Cosmetic or mechanical flaws, minor imperfections, shipping stress, and natural variances in color, size, or shape are not considered damages.
- Plants are living organisms and may exhibit normal variations or temporary stress during transit. These are not grounds for a refund.
Conditions
- All claims must include photographic evidence and be submitted within the specified timeframe.
- Decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
