📦 Shipping
We ship all plants via Australia Post Express Post to help your plants arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Prices start at $20. Frere shipping is offered for purchases over $200.
Plants are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid them sitting in transit over the weekend.
Order cut-off: Monday at 6:00 pm (AEST)
Orders received after this time will be shipped the following week.
Please note that due to state quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).
If you require a plant to be sent to one of these states, you will need to arrange a plant concierge or forwarding service prior to purchasing. We recommend:

📦 How Your Plants Are Packed
We take great pride in ensuring your plants arrive safely.
All plants are carefully packed in sturdy Australia Post shipping boxes, with each plant securely zip-tied and taped into place to minimise movement during transit. For more delicate or sensitive plants, we may use additional protective materials to provide extra cushioning and protection during their journey.
While we do everything possible to ensure your plant arrives in excellent condition, some minor cosmetic damage can occasionally occur during transit.
📮 Non-Plant Orders
Non-plant items are shipped via standard Australia Post shipping, with postage starting from $10. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
🚗 Free Local Pick-Up
We offer free pick-up from Chatswood, Sydney.
Simply select Local Pick-Up at checkout, then send us an email to arrange a suitable collection time.
🐶 A Quick Pick-Up Note
As much as we love dogs, please leave your furry friends at home when collecting your plants. We have our own resident dog who is unfortunately not dog-friendly, and we want to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
